Arizona MOBs acquired for $48M

Stapley Medical Center, a two-building medical office campus in Mesa, Ariz., has been sold for $48 million, according to a June 10 report from Connect CRE.  

The 181,710-square-foot center is anchored by HonorHealth, Abrazo Healthcare and BlueCross BlueShield.

RX Health & Science Trust, a medical outpatient real estate investment firm, purchased the property from Harbert Management Corporation and Cypress Office Properties.

Harbert Management Corporation and Cypress Office Properties bought the center for $37 million in June 2021, the release said.
