Arizona medical office building sells for $7.2M

A medical office building in Phoenix has been sold to an undisclosed buyer for $7.2 million, according to an Aug. 29 report from REBusiness Online.

The two-story, 77,386-square-foot Gateway Medical Center was constructed in 2002 and is currently 35% leased. 

The building was sold by an entity managed by a subsidiary of global real estate firm LNR Partner.
