Arizona investor Boomerang Capital Partners acquired Surprise, Ariz.-based Desert Mirage Medical Plaza, a 37,424-square-foot surgery center, GlobeSt.com reports.

1. The medical plaza has the only off-campus ASC in the Northwest Valley region of Arizona.

2. The entire plaza is 33 percent leased.

3. The ASC is currently unoccupied, but features four operating rooms with a connected 16,000-square-foot clinic.

4. Colliers International will handle leasing operations for the owner.
