Aria has been working to develop a new healthcare site on a 41-acre plot of land in Lower Makefield, Pa.

Aria hoped to develop a hospital, medical office building and ASC on the plot. The town’s zoning board rejected the idea, but Aria appealed the decision. The appeal is still pending.

With the imminent merger, the fate of the site is uncertain, according to the report.
