Anchor Health Properties acquires Tennessee outpatient medical office building — 4 insights

Anchor Health Properties acquired a 68,485-square-foot class A outpatient medical office building in Franklin, Tenn.

What you should know:

1. The building is fully leased to three outpatient oncology groups. The office building is near Franklin-based Williamson Medical Center.

2. Anchor and Provision Health Partners will provide co-management services. Anchor will handle all leasing services.

3. Anchor sourced the transaction and worked with an institutional capital partner to fund the acquisition.

4. The acquisition helped Anchor grow its national portfolio, said Anchor CEO Ben Ochs. He added, "This acquisition, in collaboration with our institutional equity partner, is a great example of Anchor's core strengths and the ability to execute on outside-the-box transactions."
