Anchor Health Properties acquires medical building with ASC for $23M — 4 insights

Anchor Health Properties acquired Norwalk, Conn.-based Cross Street Medical Center for $23 million from Marcus Partners, The Hour reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The medical center has several facilities on property including Norwalk Surgery Center, St. Vincent’s MultiSpecialty Group, WestMed and the Center for Advanced Pediatrics. All based in Norwalk, Conn.

2. The facility is more than 70,000 feet.

3. More than 100 physicians have offices in the building.

4. Newmark Knight Frank represented Marcus Partners, while Anchor Health Properties has its own office in Charlottesville, Va.
