Property management group Anchor Health Properties acquired two medical buildings in Havertown, Va., including Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center, philly.com reports.

1. AHP paid $17 million for the properties, acquiring a medical office building next to the surgery center as well.

2. AHP plans to invest in the properties to redevelop them through a partnership with private equity firm Caryle Group.

3. Crozer will expand its clinical presence as a result of the investment.
