Healthcare real estate development and investment company Anchor Health Properties has acquired a five-story medical outpatient building in Charlotte, N.C.

The 151,993-square-foot facility is anchored by Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health, which occupies nearly 75% of the building, according to an April 2 news release from Anchor Health.

Services provided at the center include imaging, family medicine, women’s health, senior health, memory care, pediatrics, urogynecology and rheumatology.

The property is located about four miles from the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, a 617-bed hospital.

The off-market transaction was completed through a programmatic joint venture with an institutional equity partner, the release said.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
