4. Anchor acquired the building through a joint venture with a Morgan Stanley Real Estate affiliate.
5. Anchor Health Properties CEO Ben Ochs said, “[The acquisition] brings Anchor’s ownership and operations to the Atlanta metropolitan area and broader Georgia markets for the first time. We are excited to grow our investment management portfolio and launch a presence in a new market that we hope to expand throughout over time.”
