AmSurg CFO sells 24k+ company shares

Claire Gulmi, CFO of AmSurg, has sold 24,008 shares of company stock, according to a report by The Legacy.

The stock was sold at an average price of $64.18 per share, for a total transaction price of $1.54 million. Ms. Gulmi now owns 118,057 company shares, which are valued at approximately $7.58 million.

AmSurg has a one-year low of $40 and a one-year high of $65.03, according to the report.
