Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg has acquired Pinnacle Surgery Center in Covington, La., according to an April 15 press release shared with Becker’s.
The 8,787-square-foot center features three operating rooms and one procedure room. The practice employs 17 physicians who specialize in spine procedures, pain management and eye procedures.
AmSurg is one of the largest ASC companies in the U.S., with a network of more than 250 surgery centers across 34 states.
