Alabama SCA Health property purchased for $3.9M

An SCA Health property in Alabama has been acquired by Four Corners Property Trust for $3.9 million. 

The property is corporate-operated under a triple net lease with about four years of term remaining, according to a Nov. 5 news release from FCPT.

The transaction was priced at a 8.3% cap rate on rent as of the closing date and exclusive of transaction costs.

SCA Health operates over 370 clinical locations and 400 physician practice clinics nationwide, the release said.
