Physicians Realty Trust announced it would pay its common stock shareholders a $0.23 dividend per share for the quarter ending Dec. 31.
Here's what you should know:
1. The dividend will be payable Jan. 18, 2018, to shareholders of record by Jan. 3, 2018.
2. In 2017, PRT completed $1.4 billion-plus in record investment into medical offices. The company said as a result of such investment it's able to pay its 18th consecutive quarterly dividend.
3. Company CEO and President John Thomas said, "Our pipeline is strong and we remain confident in our future."
4. PRT will release its quarterly earnings and 2018 expectations Feb. 28, 2018.
