2. Mr. Lynch said the need for innovation, convenience and affordability in healthcare can be met by the real estate market.
3. He said, “Skyrocketing healthcare costs and plummeting reimbursements only add to the urgency as healthcare providers move from acute care, hospital-based systems to decentralized approaches based on community outreach and service.”
4. Mr. Lynch added A&G is entering the market because it has identified medical assets in need of disposition or lease renegotiation.
