Bozeman (Mont.) Health is opening a new $20 million clinic through a partnership with United Surgical Partners International.

United Surgical Partners International entered into a partnership with Santa Barbara (Calif.) Surgery Center.

Carle and Christie Clinic physicians broke ground on a new joint venture surgery center in Champaign, Ill. Both groups are based in Champaign.

Parker, Colo.-based InSight Vision Group purchased Lone Tree, Colo.-based Renewal Surgery Center.

Coral Gables-based Baptist Health South Florida acquired a majority interest in Boca Raton, Fla.-based South Palm Ambulatory Surgery Center.
