Kansas City-based Crown MedRealty Partners has acquired a six-property medical outpatient building portfolio in Michigan totaling 35,585 square feet, according to an Aug. 18 news release.
The portfolio, fully occupied by Michigan ENT & Allergy Associates, spans facilities in Holland, Grand Haven, Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville and Allegan. The acquisition brings Crown MedRealty’s Michigan footprint to 10 medical outpatient properties totaling more than 100,000 square feet and marks the firm’s fourth acquisition of 2026.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
