Here’s what you should know.
1. The center will be 21,759 square feet when complete.
2. It will have three operating rooms and specialize in orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery and podiatry.
3. The project is a joint partnership between the Valley Health System and 26 local physicians.
4. Senior Vice President of Valley Health Skip Philips said the new ASC will not replace the hospital’s current surgical suite.
5. Construction will start in November and last approximately 12 months.
