Physicians Realty Trust purchased a medical office building in Cool Springs, Tenn., with an ASC for $10 million.

Anchor Health Properties acquired Norwalk, Conn.-based Cross Street Medical Center, which includes an ASC, for $23 million from Marcus Partners.

Phoenix-based The CORE Institute partnered with Arizona’s largest health system, Banner Health, on a new orthopedic-driven ASC, Banner CORE Union Hills Surgery Center, also in Phoenix.

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II acquired a medical campus in Silverdale, Wash., with two surgery centers for $9.6 million.
