5 new joint venture ASCs — April/May 2016

Here are five new joint venture ASCs announced or opened in the past couple months.

Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Hospital opened Center for Advanced Medicine South County in St. Louis.

Willmar (Minn.) Medical Services, a joint venture between Affiliated Community Medical Centers and Rice Memorial Hospital, proposed a new outpatient surgery center.

A surgery center originally opened in 2006 in Littleton, Colo., is now running as a joint venture between Littleton Adventist Hospital and David VanSickle, MD.

Surgical Care Affiliates partnered with Dublin (Ohio) Surgery Center.

Surgical Care Affiliates partnered with Frederick, Md.-based Thomas Johnson Surgery Center, effective May 1.
