A Youngstown, Ohio-based ophthalmology office and ASC were acquired for $5.8 million, Business Journal Daily reported Nov. 4.
The property housing Lee Eye Center and Surgery Center was purchased by a Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based LLC. The practice offers optical care, including LASIK and cataract procedures.
The building was constructed in 2009.
