44k-sq-ft+ Ranchview Surgical Hospital to open in 2017: 4 key notes

A new 44,782-square-foot ambulatory surgical center is being developed in Denton, Texas, according to a D Healthcare Daily report.

Here are four key notes:

1. The new center, Ranchview Surgical Hospital, will include an emergency department and imaging capabilities.

2. Castle Development developed the center and Adolfson & Peterson will complete the construction.

3. The developers did not name the center’s future operator.

4. Adolfson & Peterson is expected to complete construction by August 2017.
