Here are four eye centers that recently opened or were acquired.

Dr. Black Eye’s Associates is opening a new eye care facility in Jeffersonville, Ind. The center will focus on dry eye treatment.

Fromer Eye Center opened in Bronx, N.Y. The center is led by medical director Mark Fromer, MD.

TriState Centers for Sight purchased MidWest EyeCenter. MidWest EyeCenter’s several offices will join TriState’s 14 locations in Cincinnati and Kentucky.

Montefiore Health System, based in Bronx, N.Y., opened a new eye surgery center at its Westchester Square Campus.
