Great Neck, N.Y.-based Northwell Health is buying a 20 percent stake in Harrison, N.Y.-based Surgical Specialty Center of Westchester.

Sheridan (Wyo.) Memorial Hospital and Sheridan (Wyo.) Surgical Center signed a business and real estate purchasing agreement that will give the hospital’s orthopedic patients access to the surgery center.

Roanoke, Va.-based Vistar Eye Center acquired Rocky Mount, Va.-based Saxon Angle and Associates.

Webster, Texas-based Bay Area Regional Medical Center is developing an ASC on Houston-based medical real estate development company Medistar’s Gemini Medical Campus in Houston.
