4 new joint-venture ASCs — November 2019

Here are four joint-venture ASCs opened or announced in November:

ASC management company Regent Surgical Health entered into a joint venture with physician partners at an ASC in Anchorage, Alaska.

Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care and The Jackson (Tenn.) Clinic revealed plans to build an outpatient surgery center in North Jackson.

Steamboat Springs, Colo.-based providers Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute and UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center are developing a surgery center in Steamboat Springs-based Steamboat Surgery Center.

The Cherokee Nation and Indian Health Service held a grand opening ceremony for a $200 million tribal outpatient health center with a surgery center in Tahlequah, Okla., Nov. 14.
