4 new ASC acquisitions

The following surgery centers have been acquired in the past month.

1. NVISION Laser Eye Centers has acquired Teplick Custom Vision in Portland, Ore., the company’s first acquisition in the state.

2. Northern Arizona Healthcare announced plans to acquire Summit Surgery Center in Flagstaff, Ariz.

3. Central Piedmont Surgery Center in Asheboro, N.C., initially a joint venture, has been completely acquired by its partner Randolph Hospital.

4. Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital has acquired the previously joint-ventured Surgery Center at Beaufort.
