38K-square-foot Connecticut ASC building sold

A 37,854-square-foot ASC and outpatient medical building in Torrington, Conn., has been acquired by Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon.

The transaction is the fourth investment in Sendero and Angelo’s programmatic joint venture, which allows for up to $300 million in outpatient healthcare real estate investments, according to an Oct. 10 news release from JLL Capital Markets, which advised firms on the purchase. 

The property is fully leased to Litchfield Hills Orthopedics, its ASC, and endoscopy and physical therapy tenets.
