One to two ORs:
•    GI/endoscopy: 40 percent
•    Pain management: 21 percent
•    Orthopedics: 18 percent
•    Ophthalmology: 15 percent
•    ENT: 8 percent
•    Urology: 6 percent
•    Plastics: 4 percent
•    General surgery: 4 percent
•    Podiatry: 3 percent
•    OB/GYN: 2 percent
•    Oral Surgery: 1 percent
•    Other: 1 percent

Three to four ORs:
•    GI/endoscopy: 30 percent
•    Orthopedics: 19 percent
