Nobilis Health acquired Arizona Vascular Clinics and its affiliated surgery centers.

Foundation HealthCare sold non-controlling interest in the seven ambulatory surgery centers it owns as well as all assets of Foundation Surgery Management to Healthcrest Surgical Partners to Healthcrest Surgical Partners
