3 new joint venture ASCs — February/March 2016

Here are three new joint venture ASCs announced or opened in the past month.

Doctors Hospital of Manteca (Calif.) and Tenet Healthcare opened a new joint venture surgery center on Feb. 1.

Physicians Endoscopy and the physicians of DeKalb Gastroenterology Associates formed a joint venture relationship. Physicians Endoscopy now holds a minority interest in DeKalb Endoscopy Center in Decatur, Ga.

NVISION Eye Centers, a LASIK and cataract surgery provider, has partnered with ophthalmologist, Robert Ruper, MD, and his practice.
