The buildings total 50,853 square feet, with the Lino Lakes, Minn., property totaling 12,411 square feet, the New Richmond, Wis., property totaling 19,537 square feet and the Stillwater, Minn., property totaling 18,905 square feet.
All three of the buildings are fully leased, and the portfolio sold for an undisclosed price.
