A medical office building in the Long Island borough of New York City has been sold for $3.17 million.
The 8,808-square-foot property was purchased by real estate investment firm The Colt Trust, Long Island Business News reported Oct. 3.
The building is completely occupied by two tenets — East End Plastic Surgery & Laser Center and Northwell Health Physician Partners, according to the report.
