Here are two recent ASC acquisitions and partnerships that occurred in April 2017.

Tifton, Ga.-based Tift Regional Health System purchased Tiftarea Urology and its ASC in Tifton.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito Medical Real Estate bought a 100 percent stake in a medical office building in Sun City, Ariz. Through the deal, Montecito will own an endoscopy-driven ASC.
