2 Florida MOBs sell for $13M

Two Florida medical offices have sold for $12.85 million in the Tampa Bay area, Tampa Bay Business and Wealth reported March 16.

The first sale involves a 18,677-square-foot medical office building in St. Petersburg that sold for $8.25 million. A group of neurologists sold the property, which they acquired in 2007 for $1.1 million.

The second involves a 8,192-square-foot medical office property in Tampa that sold for $4.6 million.
