Phoenix, Ariz.-based Academic Urology and Urogynecology of Arizona has purchased a 7,593-square-foot medical office building in Phoenix for $2.4 million, according to a Sept. 8 news release.
The practice bought the building from Seth Properties in a deal valued at about $316 per square foot that closed Sept. 3. The purchase gives the group ownership of its clinical space rather than a leased suite.
Founded in 2008, Academic Urology and Urogynecology of Arizona is a physician-led, multispecialty practice offering minimally invasive and robotic-assisted treatment for conditions including prostate and kidney cancer, kidney stones, BPH, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.
