$134.8M paid for California medical office building portfolio

A four-building medical office portfolio has been bought for $134.8 million, Commercial Property Executive reported Aug. 24.

The properties total 282,683 square feet and are located in Mission Viejo, Calif.

The buildings were purchased in a joint venture between CBRE Investment Management and Healthcare Realty Trust.

The previous owner, Healthcare Trust of America, paid $150 million for the properties six years ago, Commercial Property Executive reported.
