In addition to the surgery center, Kettering Medical is also considering a proton beam therapy center, multi-level parking garage and a fourth building.
The hospital has applied for conditional-use permit from the city, and neighbors of the property will have the opportunity to voice concerns about the project at meeting in Jan. 2011, according to the report.
The project could begin as soon as March 2011 if it receives approval.
