Medovations announced the acquisition of Sandhill Scientific, a developer and marketer of innovative gastroenterology diagnostic solutions based in Highlands Ranch, Colo., according to an EndoNurse report.
Medovations is a manufacturer of esophageal dilatation products, which is sold to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and endoscopy centers. "This acquisition complements Medovations' existing business and also supports our growth and diversification strategies nicely," said Margaret Vierling, president of Medovations.
