Amerinet, a leading national group purchasing organization, has announced the launching of the Amerinet Choice Energy Solutions program, which offers services and technical expertise to help healthcare facilities reduce energy consumption.
Components of the program include consulting services for utility bill audits or ENERGY STAR benchmarking, equipment and device procurement services and commodity acquisition services. They are intended to show how changes in these areas can impact a facility's energy expenditures, according to a news release.
"We are excited about this new program and its ability to help participants see what adjustments they can make to reach their energy goals," said Mike Reid, vice president of Amerinet Choice Energy Solutions, in the release. "Our members told us they needed objective and customized information that would help them make informed energy decisions, which guided the development of the Amerinet Choice Energy Solutions program."
