Satisfied Patients Most Likely to Be Hospitalized, Have Highest Healthcare Costs

Results from a University of California-Davis study suggests the most satisfied patients may be more likely to be hospitalized, accumulate more healthcare and drug expenditures and have higher death rates than patients who are less satisfied with their care.
