Greater Rochester Quality Council presented its 10th annual Showcase and Performance Excellence Awards.
Here are three notes:
1. Rochester (N.Y.) Ambulatory Surgery Center earned a silver award.
2. The center offers orthopedic, podiatry, general surgery, gynecology, otolaryngology and plastic surgery services.
