Written by Sabrina Rodak | November 28, 2012 | Print  |

The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, offers a free questionnaire called "Are We Making Progress as Leaders?" to assess leaders' progress in meeting performance improvement goals.

The questionnaire is organized by seven criteria categories — leadership; strategic planning; customer focus; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce focus; operating focus; and results. These categories align with the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, which are requirements for receiving the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Download the questionnaire for use in your own facility.
