The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality offers a free checklist developed by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology to help healthcare leaders implement an influenza immunization program for healthcare workers.

The checklist includes tasks leaders should complete each month to plan, implement and promote a flu immunization program for healthcare workers. This year-long approach is designed to encourage collaboration among providers in creating the immunization program.
