The sample curriculum, which was developed in 2010, includes topics to cover in healthcare waste management training, including key steps in healthcare waste management, chemical waste management and management of wastewater. The sample curriculum outlines expected outcomes of the training for each topic, trainer and participant activities and supporting resources.
