Project Check offers a free, downloadable checklist designed to reduce harm associated with catheter-related bloodstream infections.

The checklist was developed by Johns Hopkins Medicine to help nurses and other care providers adhere to best practices, including time outs, hand hygiene, catheter placement and personal protective equipment.
