The National Patient Safety Foundation announced "Patient Safety 7/365: 7 days of recognition, 365 days of commitment to safe care" is the theme of this year's Patient Safety Awareness Week March 3-9.
The theme is intended to reflect the need for dedication to safe patient care every day.
