OSS Health installs 2 Xenex disinfectant robots — 4 notes

York, Pa.-based OSS Health installed two Xenex LightStrike Germ-Zapping Robots.

Here are four notes:

1. The LightStrike Germ-Zapping Robots are designed to kill pathogens and multidrug resistant organisms.

2. The robots feature Full Spectrum pulsed xenon ultraviolet light to eliminate bacteria, viruses, fungi and bacterial spores.

3. The robot is portable and disinfects a patient or room in four- to five-minutes cycles.

4. OSS Health utilizes the robots in its pain center, orthopedic hospital and patient rooms.
