Falls Among the Most Frequently Occurring Medical Errors in Connecticut

A recent report by the Connecticut Department of Public Health showed that falls resulting in serious disability or death and retained foreign objects were among the most frequently occurring medical errors at hospitals and outpatient surgical centers from July 2004-May 2011.
