AHRQ’s ASC safety program enrollment now open

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Safety Program for Ambulatory Surgery is now accepting enrollment for Cohort 4 of the program, which will launch Sept. 29.

According to AHRQ, enrollment in Cohort 4 will provide access to the following opportunities:

  • New learning tools and videos created specifically for the ambulatory surgery center setting.
  • A patient safety culture survey specifically for use in the ambulatory surgery setting.
  • Ability to foster a community through learning group participation.
  • Newly designed curriculum tailored specifically for the types of procedures performed in your facility.
  • One-on-one mentoring throughout the program by a quality improvement advisor.

Additionally, this cohort will collaborate with nationally recognized partners and subject matter experts from AHRQ’s extended faculty network.
