AHRQ 2011 State Snapshots Spotlight Healthcare Quality, Population Health

The Agency for Healthcare Quality and Research has released its 2011 State Snapshots, which provides an overview of each state's performance on a range of quality metrics.

The State Snapshots specifically include strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. The goal is to help state officials and their public- and private-sector partners better understand healthcare quality and disparities in their respective state. State-level information used to create the State Snapshots is based on data collected for AHRQ's National Healthcare Quality Report.
