4 ASCs recruiting nurse managers

Nurse managers play an essential role in day-to-day surgery center operations. Here are four ASCs looking for nurse managers:

1. Sibley Ambulatory Surgery Center. Located at the Sibley Memorial Hospital campus in Washington, D.C., the Sibley Ambulatory Surgery Center is hiring a nurse manager. Specific responsibilities include directing and evaluating nursing care at the ASC. The right candidate is a nurse licensed to practice in the District of Columbia who has three years of experience in hospital nursing. Read more about the position here.

2. Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare. An ASC in Livermore, Calif. in the Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare health system needs a nurse manager. The nurse manager will support the director through supervising and evaluating the nursing team. The ideal candidate has a current California RN license and has two years of recent and relevant experience working in an outpatient operating room environment. Learn more about the role here.

3. Keystone Surgery Center. The Keystone Surgery Center in Houston is seeking a nurse manager to coordinate the ASC's nursing and administrative departments, as well as manage the center's budget. An ASC within the Community Health Network in Noblesville, Ind., is looking for a nurse manager to run the ASC's infection control, supply chain and patient care operations. Specifically, the ASC is looking for a candidate who has at least five years of experience working in an OR, a bachelor's degree in nursing and three years of leadership experience.
